End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and Cybervision Systems LLC ("Company") for the mobile application software ("Application").

BY DOWNLOADING OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on compatible devices for personal, non-commercial use.

2. License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute
  • Use for illegal purposes
  • Upload viruses or malicious code

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application is owned by Cybervision Systems LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Terms

  • Payment charged to Apple ID/Google account at purchase confirmation
  • Auto-renewal unless turned off 24 hours before period ends
  • Manage subscriptions in Account Settings

4.2 Refunds — Refund requests must be made through Apple/Google. We don't control their refund process.

5. Apple-Specific Terms

5.1 Acknowledgment — This Agreement is between you and Cybervision Systems LLC only, not Apple. We are solely responsible for the Application.

5.2 Maintenance and Support — We provide all maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide support.

5.3 Warranty — We are solely responsible for any warranties. Apple will refund purchase price if app fails to conform to warranty, but has no other obligation.

5.4 Product Claims — We, not Apple, are responsible for product liability claims, non-conformance to legal requirements, consumer protection claims, and intellectual property infringement claims.

5.5 Third-Party Beneficiary — Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and has the right to enforce it against you.

6. Disclaimers

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access immediately for violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Application.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except small claims and IP disputes.
