2. Eligibility

5.4 Refunds — Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy. Generally:

• No refunds for partial billing periods
• Refunds may be provided for technical issues preventing service use
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days

5.5 Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for the current period.

6.1 Our Intellectual Property — All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Cybervision Systems LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 No Guarantee — We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, meet your specific requirements, be free from harmful components, or produce specific results.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERVISION SYSTEMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Termination

10.1 By You — You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation process in the Services.

10.2 By Us — We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activities, extended inactivity, or technical/security reasons.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law — These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Arbitration Agreement — Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

11.3 Class Action Waiver — You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
